Please note:

• Cancellation Protect is available on www.flygofirst.com and app only
• Available for purchase during flight booking only and not post flight booking
• Applicable on flight within India only
• Cancellation Protect fee will be applicable on per passenger per sector basis
• Applicable for Indian citizens aged 3 months to 70 years
• Customers can claim reimbursement of cancellation penalty maximum up to INR 5,000 per policy
• Applicable for bookings cancelled 24 hrs prior flight departure only
• Following amount paid will not be considered for the purpose of processing the Cancellation Protect claim
  • Convenience Fee
  • Any add-ons purchased (for example seats, excess baggage, meals, etc)
  • Amount paid for Cancellation Protect
• Date change / rescheduling of flight
  • Cancellation Protect policy purchased will not be transferred to the new flight
  • Customer will be required to write to care@libertyinsurance.in or goair@asego.in and have the premium amount refunded for the amended flight/sector as per Terms & Conditions
