2nd Highest Passenger Load Factor
Decline in the COVID-19 cases and easing of lockdown restrictions have resulted in substantial surge in the month of August and September 2021. People continue to grow more confident to take up air travel. Go First records the 2nd highest passenger load factor at 74.1%, catering to 0.58 million passengers and a market share of 8.2%
2nd Lowest Cancellation Rate
Driving maximum value for its customers, Go First recorded the lowest cancellation rate at a mere 0.02%. This is compared to overall cancellation rate of 1.17% for all domestic airlines and that too for the 7th time in a row!
3rd On Time Performance
Another feather in our cap is recording the 3rd highest on-time performance of 94.4% of scheduled domestic airlines. This report was released by the DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) after studying all domestic carriers for the four metro cities- Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
